This service uses a HID configuration card to adjust reader behavior without modifying internal electronics or performing destructive hardware changes.

Use of HID Configuration Card
This service is performed using a HID configuration card that is performed in-house. The card data, underlying values, and configuration parameters are not sold, shared, disclosed, or reproduced in any form.
We will not provide configuration card images, card data, screenshots, or any derivative materials. The service is strictly limited to applying configuration changes to your supplied reader hardware.

- Basic functional power-on check after configuration
- Repackaging and return of the reader using your supplied return label
Customer Shipping Requirements
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping logistics. At checkout, you are purchasing the configuration service only. You must provide:
- Valid contact information for us to provide shipping addresses
- A printed copy of your invoice / receipt
- A prepaid, trackable shipping label to send the reader to PPE
- A prepaid, trackable return shipping label for the reader to be sent back
- All packaging materials required to protect the reader during transit
- Any optional shipping insurance or additional carrier coverage you desire
We strongly recommend using adequate padding, a sturdy box, and insured, trackable shipping for both directions.
Required Reader Condition and Preparation
To ensure fast processing and reduce the chance of damage, readers submitted for this service must meet the following requirements:
- HID iCLASS R90SE readers only. Other models are not accepted under this product.
- Backplate must be removed prior to shipment. Readers must be sent without the plastic mounting backplate to streamline handling.
- The reader housing must be intact, with no severe cracks, broken mounts, or obvious liquid damage.
Orders placed for unsupported hardware or obviously damaged readers may be returned without service at the buyer's expense.
Turnaround and Scope
This is a configuration-only service. We do not repair, refurbish, or recondition readers under this product. Typical processing involves:
- Receipt and visual inspection of the reader
- Application of beep disable configuration
- Basic power-on behavior check to confirm the reader responds and the beep is disabled
- Repackaging and return shipment using the label you provided
Important Limitations
- This service does not guarantee compatibility with every access control panel or system configuration.
- Each service purchase applies to a single reader. Multiple readers require multiple quantities of this service.
Shipping and Damage Disclaimer
The purchaser is solely responsible for properly packaging the reader, selecting carriers, and purchasing any desired insurance coverage for both outbound and return shipments. Practical Physical Exploitation (PPE) and Mayweather Group LLC are not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage that occurs while the reader is in transit to or from our facility, regardless of the shipping carrier or service level selected.
If a reader arrives in a damaged, heavily modified, or non-functional state, we may, at our sole discretion, return it without service or request additional written authorization before proceeding. We do not assume responsibility for pre-existing defects, wiring issues, or failures unrelated to the configuration change.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are authorized to modify the configuration of the submitted reader hardware on behalf of the owner organization.
- PPE and Mayweather Group LLC are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the modified reader, including but not limited to security incidents, access failures, lockouts, or downtime.
All configuration work is provided "as is," with no warranty expressed or implied beyond confirmation that a beep disable command has been applied to the hardware submitted and functionally verified in a basic powered state at our facility.
