Shipping policy
Mayweather Group, LLC processes and ships orders in the order received, subject to product availability, payment verification, fraud screening, and compliance review. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Order processing
Orders are generally processed after payment is successfully received and cleared. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, fraud review, shipping carrier conditions, and other operational factors. Processing and shipping estimates are not guarantees and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to delay, hold, cancel, or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory issues, export concerns, policy violations, or security concerns.

Shipping addresses and delivery information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or failure to claim the shipment, additional shipping charges, return shipping charges, restocking fees, and other deductions may apply in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Mail forwarding services and suspicious orders
We do not allow orders to be shipped to mail forwarding services, package forwarding companies, freight forwarding addresses, reshipping hubs, virtual mailboxes, or similar forwarding destinations. Any order identified as shipping to a forwarding service will be cancelled immediately.

We reserve the right to investigate and document suspicious orders. If we determine that an order presents a security risk, involves fraud, or suggests potential criminal intent, we reserve the right to cancel the order, retain relevant records, and report the order and related information to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

Domestic and international shipping
We may offer domestic and international shipping for select products and destinations. Product availability, shipping methods, and destination eligibility may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions, countries, addresses, or customers at our sole discretion.

International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, and other destination country fees unless otherwise stated in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import holds, or local delivery restrictions.

Shipping carriers and transit times
We may use one or more shipping carriers at our discretion. Any shipping method selected at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee a delivery date. Carrier delays, weather events, customs delays, labor disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect transit times.

We are not liable for carrier delays, missed delivery windows, or other shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Risk of loss and title
To the fullest extent permitted by law, risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Once the shipment is in the possession of the carrier, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. If a package is lost, stolen, damaged, or appears tampered with, you must contact us as soon as possible at store@physicalexploit.com.

We reserve the right to require photos, videos, packaging evidence, serial numbers, and any other information reasonably necessary to investigate a shipping issue. We may also require you to cooperate with carrier claims processes. Failure to provide requested documentation or timely notice may result in denial of a claim, replacement, or refund.

Refused shipments and failed delivery
If you refuse delivery of a shipment, fail to pay required import charges, or fail to claim a shipment and it is returned to us, we may deduct all associated costs from any refund, including but not limited to outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs charges, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, and applicable restocking fees. Additional fees may apply for international returns and refused deliveries.

Shipping restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, export control considerations, carrier limitations, or local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that products ordered may be lawfully imported, possessed, and used in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped legally or safely.

Address changes and order changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that shipping addresses, shipping methods, or order contents can be changed. If a change is requested and we are able to accommodate it, additional verification, delays, or charges may apply.

Policy enforcement
Mayweather Group, LLC reserves the right to interpret and apply this Shipping Policy in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law.
