Purchase options cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, deposit-based order, or other delayed-fulfillment purchase option. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, billing, and refunds apply to those purchase types. By placing an order using any of these purchase options, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy.

Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment processor and charged automatically for each recurring order unless the subscription is prepaid.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the stated term unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it before the next billing date if you do not want additional charges.

You may request to cancel or change your subscription at any time through the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, if available, or by contacting us at store@physicalexploit.com. Subscription changes or cancellations apply prospectively only and do not affect orders that have already been processed, charged, packed, or shipped.

Charges already processed for a subscription order are non-cancellable once the order enters processing or fulfillment and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Pre-orders and deposit-based orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or not yet ready to ship. We may collect full payment, no payment, or a partial deposit at checkout, and we may store your payment method for future billing of the remaining balance when the item becomes available.

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are estimates only and may change without notice due to manufacturing delays, supply chain constraints, testing, compliance, component availability, carrier issues, or other operational factors. We are not liable for delays in pre-order availability or shipment.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order or deposit-based order only before the order is processed for fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been charged in full, enters processing, is prepared for shipment, or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order at our sole discretion and issue a refund of any amount paid if we are unable to fulfill the order, if pricing or product information was incorrect, if fraud or abuse is suspected, or for any other reason permitted by law.

Try before you buy
If a try before you buy option is offered for an item, we may authorize your payment method before shipment. You will be given a stated evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned in accordance with the instructions and deadline provided, we may charge your payment method for the full amount.

All try before you buy returns must comply with our return instructions, deadlines, packaging requirements, and inspection standards. Items returned damaged, incomplete, modified, improperly used, or returned late may be denied, charged in full, or subject to fees and deductions as permitted by our policies and applicable law.

General cancellation conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, subscription, pre-order, or purchase option at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, policy abuse, unauthorized resale, mail forwarding addresses, security concerns, or legal/compliance reasons. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, any refund issued will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions where permitted by law.

Requests to cancel or modify any purchase option are not effective until confirmed by us in writing. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation before billing, processing, or shipment.

Returns and refunds
Returns, restocking fees, deductions, and refunds for subscription orders, pre-orders, deposit-based orders, and try before you buy purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy unless otherwise required by law.
