Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not installed, not programmed, not modified, and not altered in any way. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included components, accessories, documentation, and materials, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Mayweather Group, LLC reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet these requirements.

To start a return, you must contact us at store@physicalexploit.com. Returns sent back to us without prior written authorization will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Return authorization required
All returns require prior written authorization from Mayweather Group, LLC. We do not accept unauthorized returns, returns sent to any address other than the approved return address, or returns that arrive with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of use. Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent shipping damage during return transit. If a returned item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to deny the return or apply additional deductions.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We reserve the right to request photos, videos, serial numbers, and packaging evidence before approving any replacement, return, refund, or shipping claim. Failure to report shipping damage or order issues promptly may result in denial of the claim.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, except where required by law. This includes custom, made-to-order, special-order, or personalized items, items that have been used, installed, programmed, configured, modified, or damaged after delivery, items missing packaging, accessories, labels, or included components, sale items, clearance items, discounted promotional items, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and any item marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, contact us before placing your order.


Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, you must request and complete an approved return, if eligible, and then place a new order separately.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as required by applicable law. To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition received, unused, with original packaging, and with proof of purchase. This right may not apply to certain items, including custom or personalized goods or other exempt goods under applicable law. For international orders, all duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, shipping charges, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

All approved returns are subject to inspection and may be subject to restocking fees and other deductions. Standard restocking fees are 25% for orders shipped within the United States and 40% for international shipments. Additional deductions may apply for returns that require extra handling, inspection, testing, repackaging, cleaning, or that are missing components or documentation, have opened or damaged packaging, or have reduced resale value. Additional deductions may also apply for refused shipments, return shipping charges, duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs-related costs, and payment processing fees where permitted by law. For international orders where delivery was refused, or where VAT, taxes, or tariffs were not paid and the shipment is returned to the United States, additional fees may apply. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount, including, but not limited to, a total deduction of up to 90% of the purchase price where warranted by the condition of the return or the costs incurred.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law. If a return shipping label is provided by us, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated in writing.


Misuse and improper installation
We do not issue refunds or replacements for items that have been misused, improperly installed, or damaged due to user error. This includes incorrect wiring, connection to improper voltage, connection to faulty, incompatible, or damaged readers or devices, and improper installation, testing, or handling. We do not recommend purchasing used RFID readers or related equipment from third-party marketplaces, including eBay, because unknown defects, prior damage, or improper configurations may damage our products. If, upon inspection of a returned item, we determine that the product was improperly used, installed, or damaged after delivery, no refund or replacement will be issued.


Refused deliveries, abuse, and future orders
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, assess additional fees, and deny future service in cases involving refused shipments, failure to pay import duties, VAT, taxes, or tariffs, repeated return abuse, fraudulent claims, excessive chargebacks, or misuse of this return policy. We also reserve the right to refuse future orders, including imposing a permanent ban on future purchases.


Policy enforcement
Mayweather Group, LLC reserves the right to interpret and apply this Return Policy in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law.
