How It Works
Curious about the inner workings of the PPE CO2 REX Sensor Bypass Gun? Allow us to shed some light on the matter. We started by referencing a Schrader Valve data sheet to determine the necessary threading requirements. Using Fusion 360, we meticulously crafted a series of 3D models, ultimately arriving at the optimal design. Simply insert a threaded 16g c02 cartridge, rotate it upside-down, slide the aerosol tube through a crack in the door, and Bob's your uncle...

Precision Engineering: The threaded end features a 5mm, 90-degree chamfer, ensuring a secure connection with the aerosol tubing while preventing air leakage or pressure buildup.

Safety First: A 2.75mm channel stop prevents over-insertion of the aerosol tube, guaranteeing proper airflow and safety during operation.

Enhanced Grip: The knurled base and flathead screwdriver slot facilitate easy installation and removal.
